Why We Help
Every boy deserves a summer at camp. Since 1908, West End House Camp has welcomed boys from every kind of family. If camp costs more than your family can manage, our campership fund can help.
Help is need-based. Every family contributes what it can, and the fund helps close the gap. Boys who receive help have the very same summer as everyone else. Same cabin, same lake, same friendships. No one knows who paid what, and that is how it should be.
Start with our two tuition rates on Sessions & Pricing. If the subsidized rate is still more than your family can manage, apply for a campership.
How To Apply
Complete a Camper Enrollment Application through our registration portal CampInTouch.Complete the entire application and submit. This puts your son in Applied status. He is not enrolled yet, and you won’t be charged.
After submitting, go into the forms and documents section of westend.campintouch.com.
Complete these three forms: 2027 – Campership Application, 2027 Campership Proof of Income and 2027 Campership Tax Return.
- Tell us what a summer at camp would mean for your son, and give us one person who knows him and can say the same.
Deadlines
Apply by January 15, 2027. Our committee reviews each Round 1 application together after that date. We anticipate most of the funding will be awarded in Round 1.
